Returns & Refunds Policy

How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase please let us know why so we can try and make sure you are not disappointed again. We will only offer an exchange or full refund* providing the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with labels still attached and with the invoice as proof of purchase. The parcel must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt to:

Customers must contact us before returning any goods to obtain a returns number which must be clearly stated on the returning parcel. Please email us at daniellidartmouth@btinternet.com with the details of your return advising us if you would like an exchange or a full refund. Any items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted.


We will issue a full refund to the Paypal account or card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 14 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns department, we therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service so your parcel can be traced.


*Please note: items excluded from this policy are any special orders, candles and vintage items. With vintage pieces, the very nature of the item may not be in perfect condition so therefore are non -refundable. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items.

Late returns

Goods returned outside of the above timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
