Charity Fashion Show for Macmillan Cancer
Posted on October 13 2017
We have just been honoured to take part in a charity fashion show, raising money for Macmillan Cancer. The very succesful event was arranged by Muriel Blackledge from The Mustard Tree in Plymouth. Whilst eyes have recently been on London Fashion Week, we were joined by our team of wonderful models to showcase this season's latest fashion and collections.
This is the second year that this event has taken place and once again home was the elegant New Continental Hotel - this time in the Ball Room because we had outgrown the function suite! 150 guests - the youngest being 7 and the oldest 95 - were entertained with live music and offered an amazing afternoon tea. The room was dressed in pink and looked beautiful
All of the models are friends of Danielli Boutique and gave up their time to entertain the room.
Marie, wearing below a stunning dress from Onjenu, put us all to shame by arriving at the hotel with her winners medal - she had just completed the Plymouth 10k run!
As the guests enjoyed their tea, the models mingled around the tables chatting about their outfits and giving tips on how best to wear the outfits.
There was a prize for the best dressed table which was one by the Mustard Tree ladies - their outfits were stunning!
Once the models had finished guests shopped at our pop-up shop and tried on their favourite outfits
