We have just witnessed one of the best summers for several years which is certainly going to make the winter more bearable. As we enter autumn I actually feel quite excited at the prospect of cosy soft scarves, snuggly jumpers and oh, my weakness, boots! It's a great season for colour - the trees seem to take on such a rich colour palette before the leaves start falling. I am always inspired at this time of year to wear orange, rust and red - no black yet please!
This tunic fits the bill perfectly - teamed with black jeans and some chunky boots it will take me through the day or out in the evening perfectly. As boots are my weakness I thought I would share with you my current favourite, a riding boot made of the softest leather in either tan or navy (yes, navy!!) - already they are proving to be really versatile - yesterday with skinnies tucked in, today with chunky lace tights and a skirt.
