FREQUENTLY ASKED  QUESTIONS

ORDERING

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. If you would like to speak to someone please ring 07831 738417 and we can process your order over the phone.

What do I do if a product is listed as 'out of stock'?

Items may be out of stock. Sometimes they are completely sold out, never to reappear. Sometimes they are due back in stock. If you would like to know when they are next available, email us at sarah@danielli.co.uk and we will advise you as soon as we have the product back in stock or if the product is an end of line.

How do I know you have received my order?

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Paypal online or credit/debit cards online.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, just email us at sarah@danielli.co.uk with your order details and message.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes, just email us at sarah@danielli.co.uk with your order details.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. We will give you the estimated delivery date for the goods but no times or dates provided by us are guaranteed.

 DELIVERY

How long does delivery take and cost?

The UK Standard Delivery charge is £6.95 to anywhere in mainland UK. All orders will require a signature on receipt. All items will be sent (under normal circumstances) within 2- 3 days of receipt of payment.  Our standard delivery charge for UK Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands is £9.95. In the event that goods are not in stock at Danielli but are in stock at the manufacturer, delivery will be made as soon as the product is available. We will contact you to keep you up-to date.

Delivery

You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours of receipt of any goods if they appear to be damaged in transit.  In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.  Photographic evidence may be required.

 GLITCHES

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you receive the wrong item or something is incorrect with your order please email us at sarah@danielli.co.uk and we will sort it out.

How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase please let us know why so we can try and make sure you are not disappointed again. We will only offer an exchange or full refund*, less the price paid for postage,  providing the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with labels still attached and with the invoice as proof of purchase. The parcel must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt to:


Returns Department, Danielli Boutique, 1 Shroner Wood Bungalow, Martyr Worthy, Winchester, Hants.  SO21 1AG.  Customers must contact us before returning any goods to obtain a returns number which must be clearly stated on the returning parcel.  Please email us at sarah
@danielli.co.uk  with the details of your return advising us if you would like an exchange or a full refund. Any items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted.


We will issue a full refund to the paypal account or card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 14 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns department, we therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service so your parcel can be traced.


*Please note: items excluded from this policy are any special orders, candles and vintage items. With vintage pieces, the very nature of the item may not be in perfect condition so therefore are non -refundable. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.  Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. 

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.  Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items.

Late returns

Goods returned outside of the above timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
